I would like to express my support of the DREAM Act becoming a reality for immigrant youths in Maine.<br /><br /> Polling shows that between 60 percent and 70 percent of the public support this act, and both Sens. Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins have supported the DREAM Act in the past.<br /><br /> Undocumented youths who arrive in the United States before the age of 16 have no other country to call home and through this act are required to graduate from high school, have good moral character and complete two years of college or military service before achieving citizenship.
