Laura Sitterly covers the northern part of The Times Record's territory, including Harpswell, Phippsburg, Wiscasset and surrounding towns. Her lifelong love of the outdoors was sparked by a childhood spent paddling the lakes and rivers of New York State’s Adirondack Mountains. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Auburn University and a publishing certificate from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
