Hires, promotions, appointments

Attorney Stacy Stitham has been promoted to managing partner at the firm Brann & Isaacson, succeeding Marty Eisenstein, who held the position for over 20 years. Stitham was recently president of the Maine State Bar Association and is a current member of its Board of Governors, as well as on the board of the Maine Justice Foundation. She taught business law at Thomas College for over 10 years.

Rugullies

Stefanowicz

David O’Connell was hired as senior vice president, director of operations at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. He was previously the head of product development and strategic partnerships at Concerto Card Company. Christopher Rugullies was hired as senior vice president, regional relationship manager, having previously been senior vice president and commercial market manager at Camden National Bank.

Scott Stefanowicz joined Spinnaker Trust as director of portfolio management and trading. Most recently, he was a portfolio manager at Key Private Bank.

Giving back

100+ Women Who Care Southern Maine donated $20,000 to Best Buddies Maine, a nonprofit organization offering friendship and leadership programs to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Doulas and Birth Roots Maine each received $2,000 from the group.

Recognition

Springbrook Center in Westbrook and Sedgewood Commons in Falmouth, nursing and rehabilitation centers, received a bronze Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living.
