GORHAM – Linwood M. Varney Jr., 67, went to his heavenly home on May 18, 2024. He was born Jan. 25, 1957, in Portland, graduated from Westbrook High School, attended WRVC and was Navy veteran.

He was a former CNC operator at Irwin Tools, a metal fabricator at Sigco, a member of the N.S. Grange #495 and attended Port City at Stroudwater Baptist Church in Portland.

Predeceased by his parents, Linwood Sr. and Anne (Merry) and stepson Raymond, survivors include his wife Martha, stepchildren, Sarah, Erica, Fred, Tim, and grandchildren TJ, Olivia and Brooke; sisters Debbie and Sharon; brother Nathan and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin Saturday June 1, 2024 at 10 a.m followed by the funeral at 11 a.m. at Dolby, Blais & Segee Funeral Home, 434 River Road, Windham.

Burial will be Friday June 7, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery 83 Stanley Road, Springvale.
