Ponee A. Roberts, CPA, has been named director by Norway Savings Bank. Roberts is the owner of Ponee A. Roberts CPA, a consulting firm focused on accounting and tax services. Roberts earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from Northeastern University in Boston. She has held a Maine Certified Public Accounting license since 1995.
Jacob Bartlett, a professional land surveyor, has been named regional manager of Sebago Technics’s Sanford/York County Office. Previously, Bartlett received tenure at the Corner Post Land Surveying.
Dayna Kazilionis
Dayna Kazilionis has been hired as chief of staff at Constant. Previously, Kazilionis led sales operations and enterprise client success teams at ACA Global.
Brandon Guerrero has been hired as a national sales executive at Constant. Previously, Guerrero was a business development executive at CuneXus/TruStage and business development manager at TCI. Additionally, he has over a decade of experience at Arizona Federal Credit Union.
Claire Ryder has been hired as a human resources manager at Sargent Corp. Previously, she worked with the HR department at Northern Light Health. Ryder graduated from the University of Maine in 2014.
Jesse Devine has been appointed as administrator of the Maine Office of Securities. Previously, Devine served as an assistant attorney general in the Investor Protection Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Additionally, he worked as an associate with Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler. Devine has a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a law degree from New York University School of Law.
PROMOTIONS
Lynne Roche has been appointed to the Avesta Housing board of directors for a three-year term effective Oct. 1. Previously, she worked as a development officer at Harvard University, joined the team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and served as a vice president for Ketchum Inc. Roche has served on the New England Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, the National Society of Fund Raising Executives, and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. Roche is a Boston College graduate.
Phil Cohen has been promoted to Maine regional president at M&T Bank. Additionally, Cohen holds the role of commercial senior group manager at Commercial Real Estate New Hampshire/Maine. He joined M&T in 2022 following its acquisition of People’s United Bank and has been with the combined organization for 18 years. Cohen currently serves as chairperson of the Economic Development Commission of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He also serves on the board of the Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth and the board of directors for The Housing Partnership.
