A vehicle drove through the front of a house Sunday afternoon in Dixfield, causing property damage and at least one hospitalization, according to the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Main Street, the sheriff’s office said.
An emergency medical team was dispatched to transport at least one patient to the hospital, while firefighters examined the home for potential hazards such as leaked fuel.
Neither the vehicle’s driver nor the homeowners were named in the sheriff’s office report.
