BATH — The Stable Gallery artists from Damariscotta are having a Holiday Show from November 1 to December 31 at 110 Front Street. The new store front is warm, inviting and full of fine art, craft and fun holiday surprises.

All of the work is hand crafted by Maine artists. The Stable Gallery has been doing business on Water Street in Damariscotta for nine seasons and will be back for the tenth in the spring, but the space isn’t suited for winter business.

Rosalind Welsh is showing paintings and jewelry, Mary Hall, Jessica Sirois, and Joy Scott are exhibiting their jewelry as well. Joy also makes stunning fused glass sculptures. Priscilla McCandless and Caroline Clare Davis are oil painters. Tyler Gulden and Liz Proffetty are showing beautifully thrown ceramics and Stephen Vowles exhibits his segmented wooden bowls. Weaver Bill Bellows will display his woven rugs. Fine wood craft and furniture by Louis Charlett and Steve Ryder is also on view.

Enjoy the work of these artists and over a dozen more on November 1 at 8:30 a.m. Register for an amazing door prize and enjoy cider and cookies. Stable on Front will be open seven days a week from 10 to 6 during November and December. There will also be occasional evening shopping hours to be announced.
