Mary Madlyn “Mady” McPherson, 86, of 4 Willow Ave., Old Orchard Beach, passed peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends after a battle with cancer, on May 4, 2013 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. Visiting hours at Old Orchard Beach Funeral Home, 36 Portland Ave., will be on Monday, May 6, 2013 between the hours of 4-7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret’s, Old Orchard Beach, on May 7, 2013 at noon. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Cancer Society and/or Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.
