Carly Turgeon, 10, dressed as a masked lady, Marley Demers, 11, as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, and Kendra Turgeon, in a pink gown, were among the young people taking part in Sanford’s Halloween parade Thursday around 5 p.m. Kids and their parents marched down the sidewalk from Gowen Park to Sanford Junior High School for a Halloween party.
