BIDDEFORD — Peter James Carter, 40, of Biddeford, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014.
He was born March 13, 1974 in Portland, a son of Gary K. and Sandra (Meserve) Carter, and was educated locally, graduating from Thornton Academy.
Peter was employed for the past 16 years as a welder at Prescott Metal Co.
He was good-hearted and a friend to all.
Peter was an avid motorcyclist and rode his Harley in many charity runs. His bike and his car were always kept in immaculate condition.
Peter was preceded in death by a sister, Diana Carter, in 1994.
He is survived by: his mother, Sandra Carter of Biddeford; a sister, Brenda Ouellette her husband Henry; and a niece, Dyana, all of Newport.
