Rodney Thibodeau, 48, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024.
He was born June 22, 1976, in Biddeford, the son of Raynald and Claudette Souliere Thibodeau. Rodney attended local schools and graduated from Biddeford High School.
Rodney was a great guy with a big heart, a great sense of humor and he was a very hard worker doing residential paving for many years, and foundations. He loved fishing and working on cars and trucks motors. He especially loved his 1985 Dodge Diplomat (Cop Car) with his 1970s Mopar 340 engine. He could take apart and rebuild anything you put in front of him.
Rodney had multiple chronic medical conditions and battled addiction for many years that took his life too young. We are sad that he is no longer with us but we are relieved that he is no longer struggling, he can now rest in peace and he is reunited with his mom, Claudette.
Survivors include: his father Raynald Thibodeau and his wife Rolande; a son, Isaiah Thibodeau; a daughter, Sidnie Thibodeau; a sister, Lisa Donovan and her husband Brian; and two nieces, Sierra and Chelsea Donovan.
A celebration of his life will be held on Dec. 1, 2024, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the AMVETS Post #1, 147 Birch St., Biddeford. All family and friends are welcome. Dennett, Craig and Pate Funeral Home at365 Main St., Saco, are entrusted with his arrangements.
