Bella Santini knocked in the winning goal off a rebound with 2:15 remaining, lifting York to a 2-1 win over Fryeburg Academy in a Class B South field hockey game Thursday in Fryeburg.

Fryeburg’s Greta Hermanson broke a scoreless tie in the third quarter, assisted by Addy Valente. Ameila Parks Scully tied it off a rebound midway through the fourth.

Sarah Orso made five saves for York (6-6), which is ranked fourth in the Class B South Heal point standings and in position for homefield advantage in the first round of the playoffs.

Reyna Wales of fifth-ranked Fryeburg (8-5) stopped 10 shots.

MT. ARARAT 3, BANGOR 0: Addie Chubbuck scored with 3:12 to go in the third quarter to break a scoreless tie, and the Eagles (10-3) blanked the Rams (1-12) in Topsham.

Krystah Coen and Rebekah St. Pierre added fourth-quarter goals.

ST. DOMINIC 5, SACOPEE VALLEY 0: Emily Andrews’s three-goal performance led the Saints (8-4-1) to a win over the Hawks (0-6-3) in Auburn.

Chloe Beauchesne and Ava Martin each added a goal.

BOYS’ SOCCER

GORHAM 1, MARSHWOOD 0: Moises Ntango scored in the 48th minute, and the Rams (9-4) beat the Hawks (5-7-1) in South Berwick.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 3, CONY 0: Breck Holladay headed home a corner kick from Pedro Mayans in the 54th minute to open the scoring for the Eagles (7-4-1) in a win over Rams (3-8) at Newcastle.

EJ Hunt slipped a through ball to Peter Thelander to produce another goal in the 59th minute, and Mayans collected a bouncing ball in the penalty area to score the final goal late in the contest.

WINDHAM 3, SOUTH PORTLAND 0: Luke Cunniffe scored two goals and set up the other as the Eagles (11-1-1) handled the Red Riots (7-6) in Windham.

Cunniffe scored in the 18th minute with an assist from Tyrie James, and added an unassisted goal 16 minutes into the second half before setting up Sam Rogers in the closing seconds.

Lukas Hammond made six saves for the shutout. Michael Zaccaria stopped 11 shots for the Red Riots.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 2, RICHMOND 1: Chloe Drown found the net with a 25-yard direct kick and Emelia Michaud added her first varsity goal as the Seagulls (4-9) scored twice in the second half to defeat the Bobcats (4-6-1) in Richmond.

OOB keeper Vanessa Alley-Thayer stopped eight shots.

Eden Balduf scored a late goal off a deflection for Richmond, and Autumn Lane made nine saves.

PORTLAND 2, NOBLE 1: Annelise Collin scored twice in the first half, including a penalty kick, and the Bulldogs (2-12) held off the Knights (1-10) at Fitzpatrick Stadium.

Ava Lyndes got a second-half goal for Noble.

SCARBOROUGH 2, BONNY EAGLE 0: Scarborough keepers Sophia Rinaldi and Sophia Nelson combined for five saves.

Bonny Eagle’s Keona Ingram and Brynn Tilburg combined for 10 saves.

FREEPORT 0, CAPE ELIZABETH 0: Kelsey Law stopped five shots for the Capers (9-1-3) and Karleigh Costello made 10 saves for Freeport (8-3-3) in a scoreless draw at Cape Elizabeth.

FALMOUTH 3, DEERING 0: Olive Clark had 13 kills and three aces, and Sofie Asbjornsen finished with 13 kills and two aces as the Navigators (9-5) ended their regular season with a straight-sets win over the Rams (4-8) in Portland.

WEDNESDAY’S FIELD HOCKEY

SANFORD 2, SCARBOROUGH 1: Hailey Payeur broke through a pair of defenders in overtime and slipped a pass to Audrey Payeur, who scored her second goal of the game as the Spartans (7-4) edged the Red Storm (5-7) in Sanford.

Sabrina Ocampo was the goal scorer for Scarborough.

WEDNESDAY’S BOYS’ SOCCER

LAKE REGION 8, SACOPEE VALLEY 1: Caleb Coombs scored the first of his three goals just 13 seconds into the game, starting the Lakers (3-7) on their way to a win over the Hawks (0-11) in Hiram.

Caiden Hall, Nico Russo, Marley Payton, Sam Burnham and Garrett Sawyer also scored for the Lakers, and Jacoby Bardsley and Matthew Plummer each had two assists.
