Christine Labbe Muscadin

FALMOUTH – Christine Labbe Muscadin, 56, of Falmouth, died at home peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on May 14, 2024. She had a brave and courageous journey with cancer for 5 years. She remained strong and unwavering during this hardest and final challenge.

Christine was born on August 24, 1967, the daughter of Norman and Nancy Paquette Labbe of Saco, Maine.

She graduated from University of Maine in Orono, and Seton Hall University in New Jersey where she received her Masters in Psychology. While in New Jersey she met and fell in love with Josh Muscadin and they were married on Sept. 14, 1991. Together they created a wonderful family. Christine’s greatest joy was raising her two children Andrew and Aimee.

Christine’s passion was always working in the mental health field. In New Jersey, she was the Director of three day clinics for chronically mentally ill adults. When they moved to Maine, she worked part time for Diocesan Counseling services. Eight years ago, with the support of her husband and colleagues she started a private practice that thrived.

Christine was a gift to all who knew her. She was filled with compassion and joy, love of life, family, friends, and the work she gave the world. All this taken away much too soon.

Services will be private.
