Conrad Keven Chase

SUNRISE, Fla. – Conrad Keven Chase, passed away Jan. 24, 2024, in Sunrise, Florida. He grew up in Buxton, attending Bonny Eagle High School, class of 1983. Growing up he was always inventive and curious and enjoyed working with computers. Upon graduation, he entered the U.S. Army serving honorably in Germany until 1985. He lived and worked in Maine and then Florida. He then had an opportunity to return to Europe, working in the entertainment and hospitality industry in Holland and then Spain. While in Spain, he was runner-up in Spain’s Big Brother Television Show. Returning to his home in Florida, he continued in the hospitality industry owning and operating a local bar called Cheers Sunrise until his untimely death.

He was predeceased by his father Charles Konrad Chase and an older brother Charles Konrad Chase Jr.

He is survived by his mother Sally Gochie Chase, sisters, Cathy Chase Wakefield and Carla Chase Evans, also brothers, Carlton K. Chase and Shawn Adam Chase and many cousins, nephews, nieces, aunt and family and friends.

He was a loving son, brother, and friend whose smile and charm left its mark wherever and whoever he met. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered for his many accomplishments and most of all for his love of his family and his ability to light up a room and bring the best out of everyone around him.

A graveside service will celebrate his life on his 59th birthday on June 9, 2024, at 11 a.m., at the family lot at the Black Point Cemetery in Scarborough. After the burial, everyone is invited back to 32 Dunstan Landing Road, Scarborough, right off Route 9 in Dunstan for refreshments and fellowship.

Arrangements are entrusted to Dennett, Craig & Pate, Buxton.
