Jeffrey Harold Crosson

AUGUSTA – Jeffrey Harold Crosson went to be with the Lord on Feb. 16, 2023.

Jeff was born in Augusta on April 23, 1964, the son of Marion (Pulsifer) Crosson and the late Roger Crosson.

Jeff was an enthusiastic participant in Special Olympics in his younger days, but an even more enthusiastic Elvis Presley fan for all of his days. Any Elvis music brought a smile and usually a dance move or two. Jeffrey brought much joy to his family and to his many friends. Jeff always maintained an exceptionally strong bond with his mom.

In addition to his father, Jeffrey was predeceased by his stepfather, Louis Crosson; grandparents Ada Pulsifer Keene and Harold Pulsifer, and grandparents Francis Crosson, Madeline and Alden Pratt.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Marion Crosson; stepbrothers Neal (Rebecca) Crosson; and Curtis Crosson and his wife Cyndy and their children Shawn and Carly; stepmother, Ronda Crosson and her sons Jason and Justin Jones; special aunts Isabel Bachelder and Jean Glazier; his guardian, Cheryl (Gary) Ouellette; and many loving cousins.

Jeffrey’s family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to both Elmhurst Inc. group home in Bath and to Glenridge in Augusta for their outstanding care and love for Jeffrey.

Jeff’s funeral service will be in the Knowlton and Hewins Funeral Home, 1 Church St., Augusta on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 2 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Interment will be in Mountainside Cemetery, Georgetown, in the spring.

Arrangements are in the care of the Knowlton and Hewins Funeral Home, 1 Church St., Augusta, where condolences and memories may be shared with the family on the obituary page of the funeral home website by visiting http://www.khrfuneralhomes.com
