SANFORD – The following people were arrested or issued a summons by Sanford Police May 25 to June 10:
• A 14-year-old was issued a summons charging assault on Boyd Street.
• Kate F. Pimental, 23, Acton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at the intersection of Mill Street and Reed Court.
• William C. Plante, 29, Sanford. Was arrested on a warrant on Grammar Street.
• Jerry R. Carlson, 56, Sanford, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Stebbins Road.
• Eric J. Bouchard, 56, Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a crash on Grammar Road.
• Two 14-year-olds were each issued summonses for assault on River Street.
• Brett Allen Tibbetts, 23, Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Jason Joseph Hartzell, 46, Shapleigh, was issued a summons at the intersection of Main Street and Breton Avenue charging he attached false license plates.
• Craig Daniel Nicholson, 36, Acton, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on Main Street.
Justyn Nolan, 21, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant om Main Street.
• Casey M. Sowards, 38, Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested om a warrant on Main Street.
• Lisa R. Parisi-Baribeau, 34, Sanford, was arrested and charged with assault, criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on School Street.
• A 15 year-old was issued a summons charging possession of drug paraphernalia on Alumni Boulevard.
• A 14-year-old was arrested and charged with unlawful sexual contact on North Avenue.
• Donald R. James, 30, Sanford was arrested on a warrant on William Oscar Emery Drive. He was also charged with violating conditions of release.
• Jethra Guzman, 41, Acton, was issued a summons charging failure to register a vehicle for more than 150 days.
• David S. Morray. 47, Springvale, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Ameerah A. Moore, 20, Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with shoplifting theft on Main Street.
• Scott Herman Bracy, 30, Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Pleasant Street.
