SANFORD — The following people were arrested or issued a summons by Sanford Police from March 13 to April 1:
• Pamela J. Bratcher, 50, Sanford, was issued a summons on Main Street charging she failed to register her vehicle for more than 150 days.
• Wayne Joseph Harris, 57, Sanford, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft on Main Street.
• Zoe J. Brewer, 20, Waterboro, was issued a summons on Mount Hope Road charging she drove after her license was suspended.
• Jamie L. Pettersen, 37, Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested on a warrant following a vehicle stop at the intersection of Lebanon and Kimball streets.
• Timothy S. Millea Jr., 18, Sanford, was issued a summons charging he attached false plates to the vehicle he was operating following a traffic stop at the intersection of Main and Park streets.
• Steven L. Murtinger, 42, Springvale, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop at the intersection of Main and Oak streets.
• Kevin Robert Poirier, 42, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on Emery Street.
• Kyle P. Sheehan, 25, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.
• Homer L. Harrington, 35, and Monica M. Tidwell, 29, both of Sanford, were arrested on warrants on Main Street during the same incident.
• Lisa R. Parisi-Baribeau, 34, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Benjamin J. MacDonald, 28, Sanford, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft on Main Street.
• Sylvia D. Ebbson, 71, North Berwick, was issued a summons charging she drove while her license was suspended or revoked on Sanford Road.
• Richard W. Hutchins, 52, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Jade E. Winchell, 27, Sanford, was issued a summons charging operating after suspension and possession of a suspended or fictitious license following a vehicle stop at the intersection of Emery and Cross streets.
• Gary Wayne Moran, 40, Springvale, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and assault on Emery Street.
• Tiffany M. Van Eck, 26, was issued summonses charging unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release on Main Street.
• Savannah Richard, 29, Sanford, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release following a traffic stop at the intersection of Main and Gove streets.
• James Everett Curit, 33, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on New Dam Road. He was also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. Six days later, Curit was arrested as a fugitive from justice and on 11 counts of violating conditions of release.
• David J. Jeans, 32, North Berwick, was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and assault on Bauneg Beg Hill Road.
• Jason Joseph Hartwell, 46, Lebanon, was issued a summons on Jagger Mill Road charging he attached false plates.
• Stephanie Joanne Bennett, 51, Sanford, was arrested and charged with OAS, violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug following a vehicle stop at the intersection of Jackson and Main streets.
• Annabelle Cappello, 23, was issued a summons charging OAS and violating conditions of release following a vehicle stop at the intersection of Pleasant and Webster streets.
• Caleb C, Moran, 20, Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Main Street.
• David B. Hennessey, 58, was arrested on a warrant on Payne Street.
• Sherry Ann Nolan, 42, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant following a vehicle stop at the intersection of Main and Angola streets.
• Brian James Elliott, 30, Sanford, was arrested on three warrants on Emery Street. He was also charged with violating conditions of release and failure to provide his correct name to police.
• Aaron R. Sposato, 37, Sanford, was issued a summons charging terrorizing on Bowdoin Street.
• Dylan P. Bernard, 22, Shapleigh, was arrested on a warrant on Cottage Street.
• Todd A,. Hume, 28, Sanford, was issued a summons charging he attached false license plates.
• Sara M. Salvatore, 19, and Kristen J., Ranberg, 23, both of Rochester, New Hampshire, were each charged with assault on Washington Street following a report of a disturbance.
• Raymond L. Dashnaw, 34, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Thompson Street.
• John Charron, 23, Acton, was issued a summons charging he violated conditions of release on River Street.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
