KENNEBUNK  — The following individuals were arrested or charged by Kennebunkport Police from Feb. 9 to Feb. 20.

• A 17-year-old Saco boy was charged with operating without a license following a vehicle crash on Main Street on Feb. 9. He is scheduled to appear at Biddeford District Court April 5.

• Susan Martin, 57, of 8 Towne St., was charged with domestic violence assault on Feb. 17 after police responded to a disturbance on Towne Street the previous day. She is due to appear at Biddeford District Court on March 22.

 • Joseph Giberti, 35, 92 Academy St., South Berwick, was charged with failure to give correct name and date of birth, operating without a license and violating conditions of release following a vehicle stop on Feb. 19. He is scheduled to appear at Biddeford District Court on April 19.
