BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Downtown Association is hosting a “meet the candidates” event from 6:30-8 p.m. tonight in Brunswick Council Chambers, located at Town Hall at 85 Union St.

Town Council candidates will be asked specific questions dealing with issues of taxes, downtown development, financing of projects. The session will be moderated by Sande Updegraph.

Candidates in attendance will include: Sarah Brayman (Town Council District 7), Gerald Favreau (Town Council District 5), Daniel Harris (Town Council District 5), John Portela (Town Council At Large), Kathy Wilson (Town Council At Large)

The event is free of charge and will be televised on Brunswick TV 3.
