SOUTH PORTLAND – Wednesday Nov. 5 at 6 p.m., Hardypond Development will hold a public forum at Small Elementary School in South Portland regarding a proposal for a community-appropriate residential development for 6.5-acre lot located at the end of Summit Terrace.
