Arrests

Christopher Carrier, 28, of Topsham, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. May 4 on Middlebury Road and charged with operating under the influence.

Brent Smith, 47, of Bucksport, was arrested at around 5:18 p.m. May 12 on Pleasant Street, and charged with operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons.

Cynthia M. Lambert, 49, of Bath, was arrested at 9:24 a.m. May 13 on Route 1 southbound and charged with operating under the influence.

Alex Brett Timko, 24, a transient, was arrested on a warrant at 7:04 p.m. May 14 at Perryman Drive. Police said they were responding to a report of a man living in a tent in the Perryman Drive area. Timko was wanted on a warrant from Topsham Police for failing to appear in court to answer a theft charge.

Rebecca Coffill, 37, of Brunswick, was arrested on May 15 and charged with disorderly conduct — loud unreasonable noise. Police reported that they responded to a domestic disturbance at 7:52 p.m. at a Cushing Street apartment. Police said they warned one resident, Coffill, who police said had been yelling, about the noise. A short time later, at 8:30 p.m., police responded to the same residence for a complaint that Coffill was allegedly yelling and screaming. This time, police took Coffill into custody.

Amber J. Timko, 23, of Brunswick, was arrested 12:45 a.m. May 19 and charged with violating conditions of her release after police responded to a domestic disturbance on Federal

Street. Timko had been out on bail after being charged with assaulting a 21-year-old male victim April 28, whom she allegedly struck on the head and bit on the chest. As part of her bail, Timko was ordered not to have any contact with the victim. She had been scheduled to appear May 20 at West Bath District Court to answer the assault charge.

Eric P. Dalton, 44, of West Bath, was arrested after police responded to a report of a disturbance at 4:11 p.m May 1 at The Gathering Place at 84 Union St. Police said Dalton kicked open a door to the drop-in center and charged him with criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Police said they said they found Dalton sitting inside, a shoe print on the door, and a broken doorframe.

David Lewis, 57, of Lisbon Falls, was arrested at Mid Coast Hospital at around 5:35 p.m. May 1 on a warrant for violating a protective order.

David McGoldrick, 20, of Brunswick, was arrested after a patrol officer discovered a vehicle had gone off the road and into a wooded area on Harpswell Road at around 1 a.m. May 2, according to police. Police said they conducted a field sobriety test, and McGoldrick was charged with operating without a license and operating under the influence.

Jonathan M. Havener, 22, of Bath, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Church Road at 8:06 p.m. May 2 and was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license, violating a condition of release, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Elizabeth Dawn Rose, 36, of Brunswick, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing after police responded to a trespassing complaint at 6:35 p.m. May 3 at 7-Eleven on Maine Street.

Jason Ray Munsey, 32, of Brunswick, was arrested on a warrant out of Lewiston District Court for unpaid fines after a motor vehicle stop on Maine Street at 1:30 p.m. May 4.

Summonses

Two Brunswick men were summonsed in connection with marijuana at 12:10 a.m. May 9 on Simpsons Point Road. Zachary Tenenbaum, 26, was charged with possessing a usable amount of marijuana. Sean Bowman, 25, was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Scott Luebke, 54, of Bath, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 4:12 p.m May 15 at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive.

Kirk M. Bouchard, 48, of Brunswick, was summonsed at 7:05 p.m. May 16 for harvesting short quahogs at Barnes Landing on Pennellville Road.

Martin Marriner, 43, of Topsham, was summonsed at 6:26 p.m. May 17 near Walmart on Tibbetts Drive for operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Garrett J. Durham, 20, of Brunswick, was charged at 3:42 a.m. May 18 with criminal mischief after allegedly kicking a mirror on a vehicle, breaking it, at the Big Apple convenience store on Pleasant Street.

Kellie M. Brooks, 22, of Alna, was summonsed at 10:24 a.m. May 2 at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Freeport Police

Kathleen M. Lowell, 60, of Freeport, was arrested last Thursday by Sgt. Nathaniel Goodman on charges of criminal trespass. Lowell was arrested at her former residence, 158 Flying Point Road. Lt. Susan Nourse said Lowell had previously been given eviction papers and was arrested on the property and had not entered the residence. Lowell was transported to Cumberland County Jail and arraigned at Portland District Court on Friday, May 16.

Todd C. Barton, 39, of Freeport, was arrested Friday by Det. Gino Bianchini on charges of operating with a suspended licence. Barton was pulled over after failing to stop at a stop sign and arrested for driving with a license that had been suspended after failing to appear at court. Barton has a court date scheduled at West Bath District Court on July 8.

Jeffrey J. Brough, 33, of Litchfield, was arrested Sunday by Officer Jason Bartlett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release. Brough was arrested at L.L. Bean for theft of a wireless dog fence valued at approximately $350, said Lt. Nourse. The fence was recovered and returned to L.L. Bean. Brough was transported to the Freeport Police Department and then to Cumberland County Jail and arraigned at Portland District Court on Monday, May 19.

Summonses

Heather Patenaude, 21, of Hartford, and Brandon D. Rioux, 24, of Durham, were issued summonses Saturday by Officer Matthew Moorhouse after a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker. Patenaude was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana. Rioux, who was in possession of alcohol and marijuana, was charged with violating conditions of release. They have been summonsed to appear at West Bath District Court for arraignment on July 8.

Kelsey Ballard, 23, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons Saturday by Officer

Matthew Moorhouse on charges of violating conditions of release. After a vehicle stop for having a taillight out, Ballard admitted to having consumed alcohol in violation of her bail conditions. A field sobriety test revealed that Ballard was not under the influence, said Lt. Nourse, but Ballard admitted to drinking. Ballard has been summonsed to appear at West Bath District Court for arraignment on July 8.

Paul A. Gower, 45, of Freeport, was summoned Saturday by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of possession of marijuana. After a traffic stop for an expired registration, Lt. Nourse said Officer Moorhouse smelled the odor of marijuana as he approached the vehicle. Moorhouse asked Gower about the smell and Gower retrieved a usable amount of marijuana. Gower has been summonsed to appear at West Bath District Court for arraignment on July 7.
