The Topsham Planning Board will conduct a public hearing tonight on a proposed four-lot subdivision.
The board will meet at 7 p.m. at the municipal building, located at 100 Main St.
The public will be invited to speak on a subdivision project proposed by Whitney Builders for 348 Middlesex Road. The applicant is looking to extend Whitney Way, a dead end road off Cathance Road, about 125 feet and build two more lots. Because the land curves back to the applicant’s land on Middlesex Road, he is proposing to break off two new lots off Middlesex Road that would have driveways off Middlesex Road.
Following the hearing, the board will conduct a workshop to discuss what issues it wants to pursue in the next year.
