PHIPPSBURG — Robert Gilliam, 79, of Phippsburg, passed away on Feb. 13, 2014. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Morningside Cemetery, Phippsburg. The Rev. Fr. Frank Murray will be officiating.
