Charles E. Jenkins, 87, of Lebanon, passed away at his home on Friday, July 26, 2013. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at the North Lebanon 2nd Baptist Church. Burial with military honors will take place at 12:30 p.m. at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford.
