Jacquelin R. Hutchins, 84, of Acton, died on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Goodall Hospital in Sanford. Elaine T. (Batson) Burlingame, 91, of Sanford, died on March 10. Burial with military honors will take place later in the spring at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springvale. Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
