Kennebunk Police Chief Robert MacKenzie holds a plaque in his office last week that was given to him upon his completion of an obstacle course known as the Yellow Brick Road, an optional fitness exercise that was part of the FBI National Academy, an 11-week course study that MacKenzie recently attended at FBI headquarters in Quantico, Virginia. MacKenzie joined an elite group of law enforcement personnel from around the country and world, and hopes his study there will benefit the Kennebunk Police Department. JEFF LAGASSE/Journal Tribune
